Job summary

Hair Soul is seeking an Admin & Customer Service professional to welcome customers, manage appointments, and handle inquiries as part of a sales-focused outlet in Johor Bahru. The role includes relocation support and accommodation provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

You will maintain records, assist with payments, and contribute to social media content while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sabahans willing to relocate to Johor Bahru (accommodation provided).
• Experience in customer service, reception, retail, beauty or wellness is an advantage.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Friendly, approachable and confident in communicating with customers.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Sales-oriented environment; able to work weekends/holidays.
• Creative, proactive and able to create simple social media content.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure they have a pleasant experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage daily appointments, bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
• Follow up with new and existing customers to secure appointments and encourage repeat visits.
• Explain available treatments, promotions and packages to customers.
• Handle payments, issue receipts and ensure accurate daily sales records.
• Maintain accurate customer information, treatment records and appointment schedules.
• Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support the outlet team in achieving sales and appointment targets.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and outlet operations.
• Create and post engaging daily stories on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
