Job summary

Hair Soul in Johor Bahru is seeking a Scalp Therapist to deliver professional scalp treatments, perform analyses and tailor plans, and educate clients on scalp health. You will work closely with the team, strive to hit outlet sales targets, and maintain a clean, welcoming treatment room. Accommodation is provided for relocators and training will be supplied.

Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or English is required, and weekend/holiday work is part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in hair salons or scalp treatments is advantageous.
• Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

Scalp Therapist (Relocate to Johor Bahru)

Perform professional hair and scalp treatments according to company standards and SOPs.

Conduct scalp analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans based on customers' needs.

Provide a comfortable and pleasant treatment experience for every customer.

Educate customers on scalp health, treatment benefits and proper home care.

Follow up with customers to monitor treatment progress and encourage repeat visits.

Promote suitable treatments and products to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper care of treatment rooms, equipment and tools.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.

Attend training and continuously improve treatment knowledge and practical skills.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in hair salons, scalp treatments, beauty or wellness services is an advantage.

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
