Job summary

Aesthetic Leader Sdn Bhd in Kampong Pasir Segambut is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Executive to build trusted relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and beauty centers while delivering expert product recommendations.

You will lead consultative selling in a booming skincare industry, with a base salary of RM4,000–RM5,000 plus high commission up to RM6,000+ per month; top earners reach RM10,000+ monthly with annual incentives and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in science, business, marketing, aesthetics, beauty, or related fields.
• Two or more years of sales experience; fresh graduates welcome with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings/outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, and medical professionals.
• Educate and present premium aesthetic products, skincare solutions, and medical devices.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Monitor collections and ensure timely payments.

About the Role

As an Aesthetic Sales Executive, you will work closely with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and beauty centers to provide expert product recommendations and sales solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, relationship-building, and the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, and medical professionals.

Educate and present our premium aesthetic products, skincare solutions, and medical-grade beauty devices.

Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (no hard selling).

Monitor sales collection and ensure timely payments.

Gather market insights to help improve sales strategies.

Plan and organize training workshops and product seminars for clients.

Handle sales administration tasks and support overall business growth.

Who We're Looking For

Diploma / Degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Aesthetics, Beauty, or related fields.

Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and beauty.

Two or more years of experience in sales or the aesthetic/beauty industry is a plus (Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).

Strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent.

Willing to travel outstation when required.
