Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Team Lead to guide the Customer Data Steward function, ensuring data quality, governance, and timely service across AP and EU shifts.

You will define, monitor, and report on performance against KPIs, and own escalation management for complex data requests. You’ll mentor the team, coordinate with the shared services center, and drive process improvements while aligning with data policies.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of leadership and team management within an SAP environment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Customer Data Steward team to achieve data quality and governance objectives
• Define, monitor and report team performance against SLAs and KPIs and present results to management
• Own escalation management for complex or urgent data requests and ensure timely resolution
