Job summary

Danone Business Services APAC (DBS APAC) is seeking a Master Data Steward to partner with business stakeholders to govern master data, improve quality, and ensure compliance across APAC markets and domains. You'll work with MDM leadership, Data Owners, and Operations to drive governance execution and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will apply governance frameworks, support regional initiatives, and translate business requirements into actionable data controls while aligning global

Qualifications

• Degree in business, information systems, data management, supply chain or finance.
• At least 5 years in MDN/MDM, data governance or related operations.
• Hands-on governance, data stewardship, quality initiatives, and compliance controls.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments.

Responsibilities

• Apply and sustain master data governance frameworks across markets and domains.
• Support regional/global initiatives, assess impacts, and align readiness.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, training, and adoption activities.
• Act as governance partner across functions and regional/global data owners.
• Define, monitor, and improve data quality with KPI tracking and controls.
• Identify improvement opportunities and translate requirements into processes and automation.
