Ria Money Transfer, INC. is seeking a Cashier in Retail Operations to provide frontline customer service, process transactions, and support daily operations in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with SPM and above.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process products such as money transfers and currency exchange.
• Verify or enter customer information in systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries about services or locations.
• Identify issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Balance cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transaction records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
