Ria Money Transfer, a global payments network, seeks a Cashier in Retail Operations to deliver frontline service, process transactions, and support daily operations in line with company policies. This entry-level role requires attention to detail, cash handling accuracy, and a customer-first approach.

You will verify customer information, answer inquiries, process money transfers and currency exchange, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts. Weekend availability is a plus.

Competenze

• Fresh graduate with SPM and above.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems.
• Courteously assist customers with inquiries about services, cancellations or other locations.
• Recognize problems or complaints and propose solutions or escalate to management.
• Balance cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transactions records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues and superiors.
