Job description

Responsibilities

• Understands and carries out the payment of customers in line with Vision and mission, philosophy, Goals and objective that suit the scope of the Radiotherapy services and the hospital.
• Understands the service organization structure.
• Attends meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
• Fully responsible to key in payment data correctly and to generate patient documentation and kept in the most possible manner.
• Responsible to record, bill settlement, ensure all payment are documented well in the patient’s folders and update the services daily income statistic.
• Check patient’s charges are charged accordingly and for completeness at end of treatment course.
• To register new client in patient folder and in new patient registration book, register in computer and ensure the information is confidential, accurate as well.
• Preparing patient files for daily review and follow up; updating RIP records; prepares monthly patient statistic and reports etc.
• Preparing the admission form, patient’s letter, report, lab reports, insurance claiming and scheduling appointments for patients in all aspect.
• Assist in revising of treatment charges.
• Keep update about any new policy on payment issues / GL / company case.
• Assist in implementation of any new services related to treatment.
• Be able to use judgments and be creative in work.
