Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly, professional salesperson to greet customers, respond to inquiries about products and promotions, and process sales transactions. This is a full-time role with office hours from 8AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday, and half-day Saturday.

You will assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and keeping displays organized, maintain product knowledge, handle inquiries, and work with the team to reach sales targets. No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor or customer service area.
• Support daily operational tasks, including inventory checks and administrative duties.
• Answer phone calls, emails, or online customer inquiries when required.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
