Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support customer service operations, order management, and reporting. This role focuses on maintaining records, building dashboards, and delivering performance metrics to inform decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify process improvements, and apply strong Excel skills. English and Mandarin communication is required to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, data analytics, statistics, finance, or related field.
Experience in customer service operations, order management, reporting, data analysis, or supply chain preferred.
Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience with ERP and BI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in preparing reports and administrative documentation.
Prepare and maintain recurring operational reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
Monitor order management activities to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Analyze order trends, customer demand patterns, and service performance to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery, support business operations and resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization to enhance team productivity.
Support Ad-Hoc tasks or projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
