Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service operations, order management, reporting, data analysis, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced computations skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of customer interactions and assist in reports and administrative documentation.
• Prepare and maintain recurring operational reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Monitor order management activities for data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Analyze order trends, customer demand patterns, and service performance to provide insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Provide ad-hoc support on tasks or projects as directed by the supervisor.
