Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support customer service operations, order management, and reporting. This role focuses on maintaining records, building dashboards, and delivering performance metrics to inform decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify process improvements, and apply strong Excel skills. English and Mandarin communication is required to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, data analytics, statistics, finance, or related field.
• Experience in customer service operations, order management, reporting, data analysis, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools is an advantage.

Job description

1. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in preparing reports & administrative documentation.

2. Prepare and maintain recurring operational reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.

3. Monitor order management activities to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

4. Analyze order trends, customer demand patterns, and service performance to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

5. Coordinate with other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery, support business operations and resolve issues.

6. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization to enhance team productivity.

7. Support Ad-Hoc support on additional tasks or projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualification & Skills

1. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field

2. Experience :

• Previous experience in customer service operations, order management, reporting, data analysis, supply chain, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are encouraged to apply.

3. Technical skills :

• Advanced computations skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Soft skills : Clear communication and strong attention to detail; Able to work independently and in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

5. Languages : English and Mandarin communication required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
