TSG GROUP SDN. BHD. invites fresh graduates to join our internal audit team. You will assist in risk-based assessments, evaluate internal controls, and help improve operational efficiency and compliance with policies.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the willingness to travel to operating sites. A Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance/Business Admin or related fields is required, with multilingual skills in English and Bahasa Melayu preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in external/internal audit or consultancy is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, multilingual in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Mature, independent and able to work in a team with travel to sites.

Description du poste

Assist in conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits across TSG Group of Companies. Evaluate internal controls, identify process weaknesses and contribute to improving operational efficiency and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting risk-based assessment and the evaluation and improvement of internal controls.

Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls, identify process weaknesses and recommend areas for improvement.

Review supporting documents and gather audit evidence to substantiate findings.

Propose practical recommendations to address control weaknesses and process inefficiencies.

Engage with auditees in joint resolution of internal control and compliance-related matters.

Undertake ad hoc audits, investigations and other assignments as directed.

Conduct site visits and field inspections at the Group's operating sites as required.

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Commerce/ Economics/ Finance / Business Administration or other related business fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in external/ internal audit, and/ or consultancy services, as well as exposure to various industries, will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, preferably multilingual with proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Mature, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

Willing to travel to the Group's operating sites when required.
