Job summary

Coraza Systems Malaysia is seeking a planning-focused professional to ensure sales forecasts and shipment orders are met on time, while optimizing production and order scheduling to maximize customer service.

You will maintain delivery commitments, communicate with customers, and collaborate with the operations team to implement feasible production plans. The role includes developing revenue forecasts and monitoring performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree and above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3-5 years experiences in CS/Planning.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin & English.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector would be an added advantage.

This role involves ensuring sales forecasts and shipment orders are met on time, optimizing order scheduling processes to maximize customer service and maintaining delivery commitments. You will ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication, service and support, create and maintain feasible production plans while working closely with the operations team, develop revenue forecasts and monitor actual performance, and drive continuous improvement in planning metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure sales forecast and shipment order are met on time
• Optimize the order scheduling processes to maximize customer service
• Maintain delivery commitments accurately identified, communicated and FA samples are submitted to customer on time
• Ensure customer satisfaction through an excellent level of communication, service and support
• Create and maintain a feasible production plan and closely work with operation team to achieve successful execution of the plan
• Develop revenue forecast and closely monitor the actual performance and drive for immediate corrective action and recovery plan in case there is potential miss to the revenue target
• Monitor planning metrics and drive for continuous improvement

Requirements Qualification & Skills

• Degree and above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3-5 years experiences in CS/Planning
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin & English (communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients)
