Job summary

Kraken is seeking a seasoned CE Social professional to monitor and engage with global crypto communities. You will handle real-time inquiries, troubleshoot with Kraken's six-star standard of care, and support multiple brand accounts across X, Reddit, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, Facebook, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media or community management.
• Genuine crypto OG experience in APAC.
• Experience with X, Reddit, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Trustpilot.
• Familiar with Sprinklr and tools like Zendesk, Jira/Confluence, Slack.
• Strong reading of intent and tone in client messages.
• Resilience and multitasking for high-volume queues.
• Public-facing work with visible replies.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts (4 am–12 pm UTC), including weekends.
• Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin; writing in Simplified Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor social channels and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Work across multiple social platforms, prioritizing by urgency and volume.
• Moderate our social communities and enforce guidelines.
• Proactively engage clients to grow Kraken's voice and presence on social.
• Partner with internal teams on complex cases and process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, projects, and training sessions.
• Stay current on new crypto trends, Kraken products and product suite.
