Job summary

Kaizen Mould Technology Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support mold projects. You will liaise with customers for approvals, coordinate with internal planners, purchasing, QC, and CADCAM teams to monitor progress and meet lead times.

The role requires 1 year of experience in project coordination or QC, strong attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English and Malay and knowledge of ISO documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of ISO documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to create and understand Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding new project approval & go/no-go decision.
• Liaise with internal planner for project monitoring and tracking.
• Liaise with purchasing department for incoming mould materials and accessories orders.
• Prepare technical reports for mould repairing and monitor progress with supervisor according to the lead time provided.
• Liaise with QC department regarding part dimension measurements and follow up with customers for their dimension reports.
• Handle ISO documentation.
• Attend product testing as requested and prepare reports for internal discussion.
• Liaise with CADCAM (Design) department regarding product defects for reference and improvement.
