Job summary

SQC Management (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Project Coordinator/Quality Control professional to coordinate with customers on project approvals, monitor progress with planners, and liaise with purchasing and CADCAM to address product defects. You will prepare technical reports, support ISO documentation, review drawings, and contribute to testing.

• Basic knowledge of ISO documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Good customer service skills.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to create and understand Gantt Charts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding project approvals and go/no-go decisions.
• Liaise with internal planner for project monitoring and tracking.
• Liaise with purchasing department for mould materials and accessories orders.
• Prepare technical reports for mould repairing and monitor progress with supervisor according to lead times.
• Liaise with QC department regarding part dimension measurements and follow up with customers for their dimension reports.
• Handle ISO documentation.
• Attend product testing as requested and prepare reports for internal discussion.
• Liaise with CADCAM (Design) department regarding product defects for reference and improvement.

• Prepare technical reports for mould repairing and monitor progress with supervisor according to the lead time provided.
