Job summary

Maybank in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager to lead CRM transformation initiatives within Corporate & Investment Banking. You will translate complex requirements into functional specs and drive the end-to-end CRM roadmap, coordinating internal teams and vendors for timely, governed delivery.

Design regional tracking frameworks, oversee data integration for accurate reporting, and partner with sales teams to prioritise enhancements while managing stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within CRM transformation or B2B financial services.
• Deep understanding of Wholesale Banking sales cycle including deal origination and credit pipelines.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master (CSM) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex Corporate & Investment Banking requirements into clear functional specifications aligned with the digital strategy.
• Drive the end-to-end CRM enhancement roadmap, coordinating internal teams and vendors for timely governance-delivered outcomes.
• Design standardized regional tracking frameworks and oversee data integration for accurate reporting and market visibility.
• Partner with CC and Product Sales teams to gather requirements, prioritise enhancements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while managing project risks and dependencies.
• Drive change management, user adoption and continuous workflow improvements through automation and CRM enhancements.
