Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
8–15 years in Banking core deposits and lending life cycle.
Strong knowledge of processes, regulations and best practices.
Experience with BRD/FRS, user stories and use cases.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into functional designs and system interactions.
Develop BRD, FRS, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to design scalable solutions.
Create test strategy, test cases, and support post-live stabilization.
Assist in production deployment planning and governance.
