Job summary

A technology consulting firm is looking for a CRM Business Analysis Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves identifying and developing end-user solutions within CRM systems and ensuring business requirements are met through project management and advisory services. Ideal candidates should have 3 years of experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience including CRM.
• Strong knowledge of CRM Systems and business solution implementations.
• Demonstrable experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Strong knowledge of CRM issue diagnosing and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement as a Functional Consultant.
• Hands on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into CRM business solutions.
• Identify key stakeholders for requirements gathering.
• Contribute to requirements management, including approval and communication.
• Educate end users on CRM functionality as needed.
