Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and support CRM platforms, focusing on Dynamics 365, custom plugins, and integrations. You will collaborate with SG Tech and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and ensure production stability.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands‑on D365 CRM experience, strong C# skills, and familiarity with Power Automate, SSRS, and Power BI.

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
Strong C# plugin development and custom business logic implementation.
Experience with Power Automate, SSRS reporting and Power BI.
Full SDLC exposure from requirements to production support.
Experience in integrated enterprise environments with multiple upstream/downstream systems.
Good communication and ability to work in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and business logic in C#.
Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service and Customer Insights.
Collaborate with business/technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support data integrations between source systems and Dataverse; work with Azure/Snowflake data tooling.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and document fixes.
