Job summary

AT Solution Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and retention. You will craft customer-focused content aligned with brand guidelines and build automated workflows across onboarding and lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or a related digital marketing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms is preferred.
Good understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Familiarity with privacy regulations and anti-spam requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
