QL Maxincome Sdn Bhd (FamilyMart) is seeking an Executive - Digital Marketing (CRM & E‑commerce) to manage our CRM and e‑commerce app, ensuring accurate product listings and timely promotions. You will coordinate marketing activities across stores and platforms, monitor reviews, and drive loyalty through data‑driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Familiar with CRM platforms, segmentation and loyalty mechanics.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to optimize app features and journeys.
• Good copywriting; proficient in English for content creation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint; organized and detail‑oriented.
• Independent, resourceful and capable of managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain FamilyMart CRM and e‑Commerce mobile app content, promotions, rewards.
• Coordinate product listings updates across eCommerce and delivery platforms.
• Execute marketing activities: store comms, POSM orders, and in‑store deployments.
• Monitor app reviews and collaborate with Customer Service to ensure loyalty.
• Oversee CRM insights with reports and dashboards to drive loyalty growth.
• Develop member segmentation and targeting for personalized campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BI, IT to translate insights into activation strategies.
• Track campaign performance and optimize voucher redemptions and engagement.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce trends and competitive activity.
