DCR Marketing Sdn Bhd is a leading name in Malaysia’s loyalty, redemption, and digital retail space. We are seeking a creative and hands-on Sales and Marketing Executive to manage and grow our business portfolio across fulfilment and e-commerce segments.

You will source trendy products, prepare proposals with pricing and redemption tabulation, coordinate projects with suppliers and clients, build relationships, manage our e-commerce platforms, and plan digital marketing campaigns to drive

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in marketing, e-commerce, or partnership account servicing.
Product-savvy with a strong eye for trends and customer preferences.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, digital tools, and project coordination.
Familiar with managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
Bonus: Experience with loyalty/redemption programs or financial partners.

Responsibilities

Source trendy products to meet market and customer demand.
Prepare product proposals with pricing and redemption tabulation.
Coordinate projects with suppliers, clients, creative agencies, and internal teams.
Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Manage and grow our e-commerce platforms, ensuring content stays modern.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, ads) to drive visibility and sales.
