Job summary

2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Credit Analyst to assess SME borrowers, conduct site visits in Klang Valley and handle restructuring and rescheduling cases. You will evaluate credit risk, review documents and support collections efforts to minimize delinquency.

The role requires 3–5 years of SME banking experience, strong communication with customers, and familiarity with legal processes in documentation.

Qualifications

• Have SME background with 3–5 years experience; SME sales background advantageous.
• Able to approach and talk to customers about working capital needs (WCR).
• Good understanding of legal processes involved in documentation.
• Proactive to explore restructuring and rescheduling for delinquent accounts.
• Chase collections for delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit assessment on borrowers per triggering events (DPD, legal suit, changes in directors/shareholders).
• Conduct site visits for borrowers located in Klang Valley.
• Handle special mentioned accounts and Joint & Several Guarantee documents.
• Handle Reschedule & Restructuring cases and ad-hoc requests from management.
• Attend to joint & several guarantee documents and signing.
