Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or Economics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in banking industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in SAP and CMS will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive credit evaluation on new-to-bank and existing customers based on financial statements and cash flow.
• Evaluate debt repayment ability using income, assets, debts and credit history.
• Provide recommendations on credit limit/approvals based on evaluation outcomes.
• Monitor overdue accounts and negotiate payment schedules when needed.
• Ensure credit proposals are processed within defined turnaround times.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer credit history and status.
• Comply with internal policies including credit policy manual and operating instructions.
• Assist in preparing management reports on credit proposals and outstanding loans.
