Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to notify customers of delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate with customers to make workable repayment arrangements.
• Explain and clarify non-payment issues to customers.
• Follow up calls with customers to ensure progress.
• Maintain records of collections and account status.
• Able to go for field visits if required.
