Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Credit Collection Executive to reach out to customers with overdue payments, discuss payment options, and arrange feasible payment plans. You will follow up on promised payments and update records while aiming to meet monthly collection targets.

Ideal candidates may have experience in debt collection, banking, customer service or sales, and should be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection, banking, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident speaking to customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

You will be given a list of customer accounts to follow up and will be expected to achieve monthly collection targets.

About you
