Job summary

Gala Track Sdn Bhd is seeking Credit Recovery Executives to manage overdue accounts, contact customers via phone and SMS, and negotiate repayment plans. The role offers training and is suitable for fresh graduates or those with customer service experience in a banking/collection setting.

Ideal candidates are confident, persistent, patient and comfortable communicating with different customer types. You will work toward monthly collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Prior debt collection or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable and confident communicating with customers over the telephone.
• Positive attitude, hardworking and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on a portfolio of overdue customer accounts.
• Contact customers via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
• Understand customers' payment circumstances and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Monitor and follow up on payment promises and instalments.
• Encourage customers to settle outstanding balances within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer/account information in the system.
• Escalate complicated or sensitive cases to Team Leader or Management.
