Job summary

Ezfy is seeking a proactive Credit Recovery Executive to manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, negotiate repayment plans and help customers get back on track. You will own your accounts, meet monthly collection targets, and support walk-in customers with a solutions-first approach.

You'll conduct site visits when criteria are met, keep precise records, and escalate complex cases to your supervisor to maintain policy compliance and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, administration, or management (or professional certificate).
• 1–2 years in customer service, collections, or sales.
• Persuasive communicator with good listening and negotiation skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate manageable repayment plans.
• Own a portfolio of accounts and consistently meet monthly collection targets.
• Support walk-in customers with a friendly, solutions-first approach.
• Conduct site visits for accounts that meet review criteria and submit clear follow-up reports.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure every action stays compliant with company policy.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to your supervisor when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Administration, Management or related field (a relevant Professional Certificate is also considered).
• At least 1-2 year in customer service, collections, or sales.
• Persuasive communicator with good listening and negotiation skills.
