Talent Recruit is seeking a Credit Controller based in Petaling Jaya to oversee end-to-end credit management for customers in the FMCG sector. The role focuses on collections, credit evaluation, and account setup within the ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

The ideal candidate has a finance background, experience in credit control and cash collection, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Salesforce and D365 is advantageous, and immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in credit control, credit analysis, and cash collection.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collections with customers and resolve billing issues with internal teams.
• Record and address customer issues by collaborating with customer service and sales teams.
• Provide weekly and monthly KPIs to management and track collection effectiveness.
