Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Credit Control professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage customer ledgers and drive timely collections. You will assess credit risk and work with sales and finance to maintain healthy cash flow.

Join our finance team in a role focused on AR aging, collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships, while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or debt collection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and meet collection deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits and terms.
• Review and monitor customer credit limits and payment history.
• Identify high-risk accounts and apply credit control measures.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and monitor AR aging.
• Prepare and maintain AR aging reports.
• Communicate with customers to arrange payment.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate balances.
• Escalate overdue accounts to management as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to maintain cash flow.
• Assist with month-end close and AR reconciliations.
