Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Credit, Collections, AR, or Order-to-Cash.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections strategies, and internal controls.
• Experience in FMCG, GBS, or multinational environments preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable portfolio, driving timely collections, reducing overdue balances, and achieving DSO targets.
• Perform proactive collection activities, engagement, and escalation to maximize cash recovery.
• Analyze customer aging, reconcile balances, and resolve disputes with stakeholders and customers.
• Assess creditworthiness and recommend credit limits, with risk mitigation.
• Lead periodic credit reviews with Sales to align with credit policies.
• Manage intercompany billing and ensure timely settlement of receivables.
• Support audits, governance, and compliance with policies and controls.
• Deliver credit policy training to commercial teams.
