Job summary

IJM Industry in Malaysia is seeking a Credit Control Executive to join the team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The role focuses on evaluating credit applications, monitoring credit exposure, and following up overdue accounts to support timely payments.

Applicants with 1–2 years in credit control or AR, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome; attractive medical benefits and EPF contributions are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review customer credit applications.
• Monitor customers' credit exposure and payment behaviour.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ageing reports.
• Follow up overdue accounts via phone, email, and visits when needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Finance regarding customer accounts.
