Job summary

ORIX Leasing Malaysia Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to evaluate loan applications and provide recommendations. The role involves credit appraisal, post-loan reviews, and reporting on defaults in line with the company’s credit strategy.

You will also conduct industry reviews, support system enhancements, and participate in credit-related projects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with strong English and MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Undertake credit appraisal and recommendation for applications.
• Post loan review and preparation of first default reports, moratorium / rescheduling / restructuring and final loss applications.
• Ensure credit review on all applications are in compliance with the company’s credit strategy and policies.
• Conduct industry study and regular update on economic review for the reference of all business units to keep abreast with the fast-changing business landscape and environment.
• To support and participate in credit related projects, system enhancement and process improvement.
• Conduct site visit together with the Business Units for credit evaluation of potential/existing clients when necessary.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS office applications
