About the Role

Unlike a traditional credit underwriting role, this position combines credit expertise with direct customer exposure and active involvement in business origination, financing structuring, transaction execution and portfolio growth. As a key member of the regional team, you will work closely with clients, Relationship Managers, Product Partners and Risk Management to deliver holistic banking solutions while supporting the growth and quality of the Bank's corporate portfolio. You will gain exposure to multinational corporations, large local corporates and mid-market companies across diverse industries, while working alongside experienced bankers and product specialists. This role provides a strong platform for career development within Corporate & Investment Banking, Relationship Management, Credit Risk, Structured Finance and other specialist banking functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Credit Evaluation, Structuring & Deal Execution - Conduct comprehensive credit assessments for new and existing corporate and multinational clients, and support the structuring and execution of financing transactions in line with the Bank’s risk appetite.
  2. Portfolio Growth & Risk Management
    • Take ownership of annual reviews and portfolio monitoring to maintain asset quality, support sustainable growth and ensure timely completion within internal deadlines.
    • Monitor financial performance, covenant compliance, account conduct and early warning indicators, and initiate timely follow-up actions.
    • Coordinate with Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations and other stakeholders on portfolio, governance, documentation, audit and regulatory matters.
  3. Client Coverage & Business Development
    • Work closely with Relationship Managers to originate new business, deepen customer relationships and understand customers' strategic, operational and financing needs.
    • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and collaborate with Product Partners to deliver broader wholesale banking solutions, including financing, liquidity and payment, treasury, and capital markets solutions, where relevant.
Key Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA/ACCA/CPA is a plus). Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate/commercial banking, risk management, or audit.
  • Credit & Technical Expertise: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements, cash flow, loan structuring, and security documentation.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Solid grasp of banking guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the ability to produce high-quality, concise credit papers.
  • Soft Skills & Execution: Exceptional stakeholder management, clear communication, strong attention to detail,and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines
