Job summary

Aprove Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent SME Lending Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to evaluate financing needs and advise on suitable loan products. You will interpret financial statements, perform ratio analysis, and assess business performance to support lending decisions.

You will facilitate the full loan origination process, ensure regulatory compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines, and stay updated on market trends affecting SME financing in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Meet SME clients to understand financing needs, objectives, and constraints to recommend loan products.

• Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting SME financing in Malaysia.

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including ratio analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, assess business performance, and make informed lending decisions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with SME clients and communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
• Understanding of banking regulations, credit policies, and compliance requirements relevant to SME lending in Malaysia, including guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and other regulatory authorities.
