• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)

Creative Video & Marketing Internship at Diverge Retail Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, M10, MY.

Role Summary

The Creative Executive is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative ideas across marketing campaigns and event projects. This role bridges creativity and execution—ensuring all visual, digital, and on-ground event elements are aligned with the brand vision and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Concept Development

   Develop creative concepts, themes, and visual directions for events, campaigns, and brand activations

   Translate client briefs into strong, innovative creative proposals

   Contribute ideas for stage design, lighting concepts, multimedia content, and experiential elements,video creation & editing

2. Design & Content Creation

   Produce visual assets including:

   • Event branding (backdrops, LED visuals, signage)
   • Social media creatives
   • Marketing materials (digital & print)

   Work closely with designers, video editors, and external vendors when required

3. Event Creative Execution

   Ensure all creative elements are executed accurately during pre-event and on-site

   Work alongside the operations team to align creative ideas with technical feasibility (AV, LED, lighting, etc.)

   Oversee content playback, visual consistency, and overall event aesthetics

4. Brand & Campaign Support

   Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms

   Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions

   Support content creation for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Eurostaffs, etc.)

5. Client & Internal Coordination

   Participate in client meetings and presentations when required

   Present creative ideas and rationale confidently

   Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to ensure smooth project execution

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month

• Minimum 1 year experience in creative/design/events (fresh grads with strong portfolios encouraged)

• Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
• Experience: Sales Development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
