Diverge Retail Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Creative Video & Marketing Intern to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ideas across campaigns and events. The role bridges creativity and hands-on delivery, ensuring visuals, digital content, and on-ground elements align with brand vision and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in creative/design/events (fresh grads with strong portfolios encouraged).
• Proficient in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Creative Concept Development: develop themes and visual directions for events, campaigns, and brand activations.
• Design & Content Creation: produce assets for event branding, social media, and marketing materials.
• Event Creative Execution: ensure creative elements are executed during pre-event and on-site.
• Brand & Campaign Support: maintain brand identity and assist in campaigns and promotions.
• Client & Internal Coordination: present ideas and collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams.
