Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative production, direction, or integrated production.
• Strong portfolio of video/visual work with clear concepts and decisions.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-facing storytelling skills.
• Experience directing external vendors through shoots and post-production.
• Deep understanding of brand guidelines and distinctive work.
• Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, film, video production, multimedia, design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for marketing asset production and concept shaping.
• Translate business objectives into compelling creative and present for alignment.
• Provide direction to external production vendors across pre, shoots, and post-production.
• Maintain creative quality across video, photography, motion, and digital assets.
