FORWARD PACE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Creative Content Producer to lead end-to-end content production for our outdoor camping brand. You will manage timelines, coordinate talent, and transform ideas into briefs, scripts, and high-quality visual content through shoots and post-production.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in creative or related fields.
• Fluent in English with clear writing and verbal skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management.
• Ability to manage production timelines end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Timelines: pre- to post-production.
• Coordinate Talent & Resources: source talent, vendors, crew.
• Create Clear Production Briefs and shoot lists.
• Oversee On-Set Logistics and shoot-day operations.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time during production.
• Uphold Quality Standards for final outputs.
• Design casting posters bi-weekly using Canva/Photoshop.
• Write Scripts & Copy with strong English writing.
• Embrace Innovation and AI tools for content.
