Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate mobile cranes under 50 tons at job sites according to established safety standards
• Transport, distribute, and position construction materials or heavy loads with precision and care
• Perform daily pre-operation checks on hydraulic systems, brakes, wire ropes, hooks, and fluid levels
• Ensure outriggers are correctly deployed on firm, stable ground before starting lifting operations
• Log and report any equipment faults or wear-and-tear to the supervisor or maintenance team
• Read and interpret the crane's Load Chart to ensure payload weights do not exceed capacity limits based on boom radius and angle
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures, specifically DOSH/JKKP guidelines and site HIRARC regulations
• Work closely and communicate effectively with Riggers and Signalmen using hand signals or two-way radios
