Job summary

GREEN PLUS CONSULTANCY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Rigger to inspect lifting tools and accessories, select and use appropriate lifting gear, and rig and secure loads according to approved lifting plans. The role ensures loads are balanced and stable before lifting and involves coordinating with the Lifting Supervisor, Signalman and Crane Operator.

The successful candidate will assist in controlling suspended loads using tag lines and ensure all lifting activities comply with site safety

Qualifications

• Must possess CIDB registration and Rigger Man Certificate.
• Able to start on 20/10/2026.
• Experience in rigging and lifting operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect lifting tools and accessories before use.
• Select and use appropriate lifting gear for the load.
• Rig and secure loads according to the approved lifting plan.
• Ensure load is balanced and stable before lifting.
• Assist in controlling suspended loads with tag lines where required.
• Coordinate with Lifting Supervisor, Signalman and Crane Operator.

Job description

The Rigger shall be responsible for inspecting lifting tools and accessories, selecting and using appropriate lifting gear, rigging and securing loads in accordance with approved lifting plans, and ensuring loads are properly balanced and stable before lifting.

• Inspecting lifting tools and accessories before use
• Selecting and using appropriate lifting gear for the load
• Rigging and securing loads in accordance with the approved lifting plan
• Ensuring the load is properly balanced and stable before lifting
• Assisting in controlling suspended loads using tag lines where required
• Coordinating with the Lifting Supervisor, Signalman, and Crane Operator throughout the lifting operation
• Removing lifting gear after the load has been safely positioned
• Ensuring lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with site safety requirements

About you

Must possess valid CIDB registration and valid Rigger Man Certificate
