Job summary

Prudential plc in Malaysia is seeking a Platform Support Specialist for the Coupa S2P system as part of the PCA Centre of Excellence. You will help configure, support, and optimise the Coupa platform across business units in Asia, with focus on cost control and process efficiency.

You will collaborate with developers, procurement, and vendors to ensure smooth operations, handle incidents, run health checks, and manage changes and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clearly articulates technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Coupa and Source-to-Pay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Platform support and maintenance for Coupa in PCA.
• Provide technical and functional support across business units.
• Manage changes and releases in line with governance.
• Prepare monthly service reviews and ad-hoc reports.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist supplier enablement and improve user experience.
