Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a qualified professional to support and maintain Coupa S2P environments across PCC geographies. You will work on configuration, data governance, user management, and incident resolution, ensuring alignment with Core Model standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Coupa experience is a plus and you will engage in release management, testing, and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fast learner, self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to articulate solutions to complex technical problems clearly.
• Strong understanding of S2P and Coupa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Platform support and maintenance for the Coupa S2P system.
• Understand operating model, SLAs, and master data setup.
• Provide configuration, user management and data governance.
• Support change requests, releases, and testing with country-specific needs.
• Create and share stakeholder reports and runbooks.
