Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Finance & Workforce Business Partner for Information Security & Privacy in Kuala Lumpur. You will own end-to-end budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and workforce planning, partnering with Finance, HR, and Tech Finance to drive financial accountability and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Technology Business Management required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations, planning, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience in IT, Technology Security, Privacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cost Center Ownership – manage Coupa approvals and signatory for lower-value contracts and cost center workflows.
• Budget Management – lead annual budget review and submission processes with top-down and bottom-up components.
• Forecasting & Financial Reforecasting – coordinate periodic forecast updates with SMEs and Tech Finance.
• Cost Tracking & Spend Management – monitor tagging accuracy, reallocate budgets, assist teams with unbudgeted funding requests.
• Financial Reporting & Governance – prepare financial summaries for senior management and monthly reviews.
• Recharge Cost Allocation Management – manage LBU recharge discussions with allocation models.
• Investment Management – lead investment submissions and ROI analyses for approvals.
• Procurement Oversight – validate purchase requests and guide Coupa and procurement processes.
• Workforce Planning – drive planning aligned to efficiency targets and future state views.
• Headcount Management & Demand Governance – manage demand requests and contingent workforce distribution.
• Audit Management – support audit meetings and responses.
• Strategic Planning – prepare governance decks and meeting notes.
