Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Berhad is a trusted OEM and Tier-1 supplier in automotive electronics and mechatronics. The role focuses on costing daily operations, liaising with departments, conducting RFQ meetings, and maintaining cost records for new and existing products.

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

Costing daily operation monitoring.
Liaise with other departments on costing issues.
Conduct RFQ meetings with relevant departments.
Record key information, action items, person in charge and submission dates during RFQ meetings.
Compute all relevant costs for new projects and prepare cost summaries.
Analyze and monitor product costs during LOI, design freeze and mass production stages.
Update material costs upon PE from Purchasing and update MML when ECI is received from R&D.
Recalculate product costs after design changes or material cost fluctuations.
Provide PMO budget cost updates and monitor.
Update and monitor all product costs.

Responsible in Costing daily operation monitoring.

To liaise with other departments on issues related to Costing.

To conduct RFQ meeting with relevant department.

To record all important information, problem, action, person in charge and submission date during RFQ meeting.

To calculate all relevant cost for new project and prepare new project cost summary upon received information from other department.

To analyze and monitor product cost during LOI, design freeze and mass production stage.

To update material cost upon receiving PE from purchasing department and update MML when received ECI from R&D department.

To recalculate the product cost upon design change for the existing product or material cost fluctuation.

Provide PMO budget cost and update.

To update and monitoring all product cost.

Certificate / Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.

At least 2 years relevant working experience.

Computer literate such as Microsoft Word & Power Point.

Fast learner with good working attitude, responsible and organize.
