Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Cost Managers (CSA or MEP) to join a project team delivering large-scale advanced manufacturing facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex, fast-paced developments within one of the world's fastest-growing sectors.

Whether your expertise lies in CSA or MEP works, you will manage project costs, support procurement strategies, and ensure commercial excellence from design through construction and project close-out.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years cost management experience in construction.
• Experience with CSA or MEP packages and advanced manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts across all project stages.
• Monitor project costs and provide commercial advice to support key decisions.
• Support procurement strategies for CSA or MEP trade packages.
• Participate in tendering activities including tender analysis and awards.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
