Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking a cost accounting professional to maintain and analyze the company’s cost accounting system and support costing processes. You will prepare reports on inventories, COGS, and product costs, and collaborate with Materials to ensure accurate costing.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with responsibility for data accuracy, forecasting, and training peers within the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and margin analyses.
• Proficient with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze the cost accounting system.
• Prepare consolidated reports on inventories, COGS, and product cost variances.
• Perform PPV analysis and margin analysis.
• Coordinate with Materials to ensure accurate product costing and conduct cycle counts.
• Train colleagues and support cost accounting processes.
