Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operating performance to identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, costs, investments, and scenarios.
• Monitor operating income, margins, working capital, cash flow and KPIs.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, BU Managers, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Build predictive analytics tools to support forecasting and scenario planning.
• Develop AI-enabled finance tools to enhance reporting accuracy.
